Cybersecurity is more critical than ever in protecting our data, privacy, and infrastructure from cyber threats - leading to a growing demand for cybersecurity professionals. However, this industry lacks diversity, particularly among Women of Color, and educating and empowering Women of Color with cybersecurity skills is essential in decreasing the cybersecurity skills gap and the evolving cyber threats facing our society.
